Balaskas Hotel is a family run business, in Diafani village of Karpathos, only 300 m. from the local beach.

The owner, Mr. Vassilis Balaskas, organizes daily excursions to the villages of Olymbos and Avlona with the hotel¢s Mini Bus. Alternatively, he can take you to the most beautiful beaches of the island with his privately owned caique.
If you are lucky you will see dolphins or even the rare Monk seals. Most days you can see Bonnelli's eagles and Elanora falcons and in the spring and autumn bee eaters,
kingfishers and golden orioles. In spring time the whole area blossoms.
Our hotel is family run business with modern facilities. Our prices are
